RFQ Details

I am a Red Hat Society Events vendor. I create my own designes of Red Hats, usually starting with a plain red hat. I am looking for a wholesale supplier for red sinimay, buckram, mini top hats, and any red milinier supplies. I am a small business and would not be ordering huge amounts. Usually 6-12 of a specific style. If you can help me with any of these details please send me your information.
